Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let a site remember things between page loads and between visits. This page explains what snackrig.com uses them for. It works alongside our Privacy Policy.

First-party and third-party
First-party cookies are set by snackrig.com itself. Third-party cookies are set by other services when their content or links are present — principally Google Analytics and merchant affiliate programs including Amazon. We do not control third-party cookies, and their behaviour is governed by those providers’ own policies.
What we do not use
Snack Rig does not display third-party advertising, so there are no ad-network cookies on this site. There is no newsletter, so there are no email-marketing cookies. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or share cookie data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Managing cookies
You are in control. Every major browser lets you view stored cookies, delete them, block them by category, and block third-party cookies specifically. Look under Settings → Privacy and security in Chrome, Edge or Brave; Settings → Privacy & Security in Firefox; and Settings → Privacy in Safari. Private or incognito windows discard cookies when you close them.
Two things worth knowing
Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site working properly. Blocking affiliate cookies costs you nothing — the price you pay is identical either way, we simply do not receive commission on that purchase. Google also publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics across all sites.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
There is still no uniform industry standard for responding to browser Do Not Track signals. Where we receive a recognised Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out request in the jurisdictions where that applies.
