What we can help with

• Corrections and feedback — a spec that has changed, a fit claim that is wrong, a broken link, or a guide that missed something. Include the page URL and, where you can, the source you are working from. These go to the top of the queue.
• Compatibility reports — you tried a part or a consumable in your machine and it did or didn’t fit. Send the machine model and the exact product. Reader reports like these are one of the most useful things we receive.
• Sponsorship and partnership enquiries — read the terms below before writing.
• Guest posts and contributions — we accept very few, and only from people with real depth in snack equipment. Pitch the specific topic, not a general offer.
• General questions — anything else about the site, its methodology, or how we score.

What we can’t help with

We are not able to diagnose an individual machine fault, handle a warranty claim, process a return, or act on a manufacturer’s behalf. For any of those, contact the manufacturer or the retailer you bought from — they hold your purchase record and your warranty.

We also cannot confirm whether a specific part fits a specific machine outside of what is already published on the site. Where a manufacturer does not publish fit data, we do not guess.

For brands and PR

We are happy to receive product specifications, updated fit charts, revised manuals and corrections. Those are genuinely useful and we will use them.

Three things are worth knowing before you write. Coverage is not for sale — we do not accept payment for a review, a score, a ranking position or a link. We do not publish pre-written or ghost-written promotional articles. And because Snack Rig is a research-only publication, we do not accept product samples; a sample would not change how we assess something, since we do not test hands-on. Send documentation instead.
